With excellent genetics, a pedigree full of incredible, healthy, top-awarded Ragdolls - and his extremely rare color - Plum is an amazing Ragdoll that I know many breeders in the US reached out to Kristin about adding to their program, and I am incredibly honored that she chose our cattery to send him to! From the moment he opened his eyes, I knew he was going to be something special. She sent me updates every few weeks as he grew, and I just couldn't believe how he became nicer and nicer as the weeks went by.
One of the most mesmerizing things about Plum is his vivid sapphire blue eyes. The genetics that lighten the coat color so much in lilacs also tends to lighten their eye color... But not in Plum! As he's grown, he has kept his stunning dark blue eyes, a testament to the years and generations of careful breeding that went into producing this boy.
He is not only a true lilac Ragdoll, DNA tested and confirmed combining two chocolate genes with two dilute genes to give his points a stunning, very light dove-grey color, with a nearly white body - he is perfectly 'typed' to the breed standard. With long limbs, a solid, muscular body, a good layer of fat along his abdomen (it's a good thing and makes for that cuddly, floppy Ragdoll feel we want haha!) - and an amazing structure to his face, eyes, and ear set - he truly is an exceptional cat. I hope to debut him as an adult in 2025 in the Great Lakes show region!

Okay... Plum may be the sweetest boy I have ever met. I know I say all of our Ragdolls are sweet, but Plum is truly something special.
He not only loves to cuddle under the covers between me, my fiance, and our spayed pet Ragdoll Pink (our keeper from our very first mittenstar litter!), he loves to meet new people, gets along with every cat in our household, and is so incredibly laid back, sweet, and floppy. He truly is everything we look for in a Ragdoll, and especially in a male!
He loves to give 'kisses', he will rub his little kitty cheeks on our faces, and he literally lives to be held and carried around like a baby. He is so gentle with all the kittens he meets, even as he has grown into a huge boy nearing his 1st birthday, he plays so soft and gently and absolutely loves being part of the cattery. He isn't territorial, he never uses his claws or teeth, he loves his tummy being rubbed - he truly is such a sweet boy that part of me is considering keeping him as a treasured pet once his breeding career is over. I really cannot say enough good things about how sweet, kind, and gentle Plum is - I am so excited to see the personalities of the kittens he has next year in 2025!
